Computer Romance:
Though I'm blind, and cannot see,
your laughter, your sweet remarks, your presence, is all I need.
We met upon an electric wave, I know you, without knowing your name.
I feel giddy, all nervous inside, my heart skips a beat,
but can you understand why? I can see your thoughts inside your head,
but am I seeing the true meaning, or am I truely dead?
I wait patiently, and hope and pray,
will I finally met you in person, will it happen here today?
For life has become boring, like a dulled knife,
until I found that special girl, the one with a twinkle in her eye.
A twinkle so bright, like a full moon, her luminescence fills the room.
I turn away, for moment or so, now she's left, her presence is gone.
I run around looking for her in every web site, and every chat room,
but to no avail, leaving me draiped in gloom.
But then I realize, looking at my display,
it's almost sunrise, no wonder she's away!!!
I talked with her so long, that the hours had slipped by,
and now she's dozing off at her keyboard, mouse at her side.
So until later today, when you make my heart skip a beat again,
I say night night sweet love, until we chat again.
