Due to the increased shipping charges through USPS, UPS, & FEDEX, all orders will have a set minimum shipping charge of $8.06 (Continental US); Alaska, Canada, and Hawaii is set at $16.00. All orders will be charged depending on the weight, and where your order is being shipped to.

Back Orders: We have a selection of over 4100 products from several vendors in several states and China. Since our stock is ever changing, it's hard to maintain a website that is free of back-ordered & discontinued items. You may want to e-mail us to check stock on those items first. Due to the increased cost of shipping, we will no longer split-ship orders. If an item on your order is back-ordered, you have the following options:

1) Ship the whole order when the back-ordered item/s come in.
2) Refund you for the item that is back-ordered.
3) Substitute a similiar item for the one you ordered.
4) Cancel the entire order.

We will gladly ship orders to the following places only: Continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Depending on what you order, and when you need it by, we may be able to ship it to Canada, and military addresses. Please don't use the "other" in the drop-down menu for the state, as this option will not charge you the correct shipping charge, and your order won't be shipped. E-mail us,and let us know what your looking to order. Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs or customs charges for shipping outside the Continental US, such as Canadian orders. Anyone defaulting on these these charges upon delivery, will be charged for them.

Express Delivery: May be available in your area for an additional charge. Please e-mail us what you want express delivered (make sure to include the delivery address), and we will quote you the total price for your order. Please note that UPS & Fedex do not guarantee their express deliveries when there are weather delays, problems with the delivery address, or during the holiday season. For these reasons, we cannot refund your shipping charges for express deliveries.

Multiple packages: Since we have multiple sources for our products and limited space, and we don't keep everything in stock, and your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Because of the high volume processing that shipping companies do, your packages may also become separated, and be delivered on different days. We have no control over this, and apologize for any inconvience this may have upon you.

Holiday Season: Please keep in mind the severe package traffic all shipping carriers endure during the Holiday Season. This congestion may slow the delivery of your order. Shipping carriers will not guarantee their delivery times during the Holiday Season. With this in mind, if you absolutely need a package delivered before Christmas, Order Early. We cannot guarantee when a package will arrive, during the Holiday Season.

Items Damaged While Shipping: When you receive your order, please inspect the packaging, and items for damage, so it can be marked on the bill of lading when you sign for it. Also make sure the number of cartons listed on the Bill of Lading is correct. If the driver has already left, or delivered the package while your away, and you discover damaged, or missing cartons, do not unpack the items if possible, or throw anything away. Contact the freight carrier immediately, and file a claim. They may need to send out an inspector to inspect the damage, and confirm a claim. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the freight carrier, or delivered packages that are stolen. Sometimes a carrier will put a package somewhere where it isn't obvious, to help prevent a package from being stolen. If you cannot find your package, you may want to call the shipper to check to see if this is the case. UPS is notorious for this.

Items with Manufactures Defects: If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, please see your guarantee / packaging sent with the item, from the manufacturer. You must contact the manufacturer in accordance to their guarantee. If after trying this, you are unsuccessful in getting a replacement item, please contact us, and we will try to get a replacement item. No returns will be accepted without return authorization first.

Our Return Policy: Any special order items are not returnable, including items that are ordered in bulk with discounts authorized by management.

We go to great lengths to find special deals for our customers, so we sometimes buy discontinued, closeout products, or overstocked items. Items, that usually cannot be returned. Because of this, we do follow a strict return policy. We will not issue any refunds unless you contact us first, and we issue you an RMA. Only unopened / unused products in undamaged condition may be returned within 15 days of delivery, minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not reimbursed. Reimbursement is made by Paypal.

We also do our best to ensure that our pricing, product availability, and item descriptions are accurate, and up-to-date. Omissions and typographical errors do occasionally occur, and we reserve the right to correct and change these errors without prior notice.
